Litecoin Founder Joins DMG Blockchain Advisory Board

DMG Blockchain Solutions Inc. recently published a press release stating about officially welcoming the founder of Litecoin, Charlie Lee who is also the former director of engineering at Coinbase, to its advisory board. The announcement also stated that Lee was involved in the board in order to help the company strategize their new plans.

DMG is a cryptocurrency and blockchain platform which has the main focus on mining public blockchains and applying permissioned blockchain technology. The company aims on solving the problem of fraud and friction associated with the movement of value through the supply chain.

CEO of DMG Blockchain Solutions, Inc., Dan Reitzik made an official comment on the recent announcement about Lee joining their team. According to Reitzik every employee in DMG Blockchain Solutions knows Lees due to his great reputation and deep expertise in the field. The CEO also mentioned that the entire team is excited to be soon working with a specialist with such industry knowledge and personal attention on DMG’s strategy and development.

DMG is currently working on their Mining-as-a-Service (MaaS) and as announced the company is going to add Litecoin to the system. According to Retzik, the decision was made based on their MaaS customers strongly requesting Litecoin mining services. At the end of the official comment, Retzik concluded that they feel fortunate to having Charlie Lee to join the company as both a shareholder and an advisor. Lee was an influential shareholder of Blockseer, which was later acquired by DMG Blockchain Solutions.

Charlie Lee also shared his opinion on the recent announcement saying that he is delighted to see the interest of DMG in supporting Litecoin. He also mentioned that he is looking forward to contributing to DMG’s industrial mining and engineering teams as the company expands into the LTC ecosystem.
