Tron ’s native coin TRX has gone live on a major South African Exchange platform, AltcoinTrader.co.za. As promised, the exchanger has listed the digital coin for the locals to trade starting from today, October 30.
It was reported earlier that TRX would go live today at 11 am SAST while the platform already had enabled deposits in TRX. “As we continue to strive to meet our clients requests for new coins, AltCoinTrader is proud to announce that we will be launching Tron (TRX) trading on our platform…” Commented Richard De Sousa, the CEO of Altcoin Trader.
AltcoinTrader.co.za exchanger was among the first platforms in the country to offer the trading of digital assets for fiat currency. The platform was officially launched three years ago. It supports such major cryptocurrencies as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP) and Litecoin (LTC). Further on the list of supported digital coins also included NEO and Stellar Lumens (XLM).
In addition, according to Coinmarketcap.com, AltcoinTrader currently ranks as 154th in terms of exchange volume. According to the official data, the exchanger has in average $145,000 daily trading volume.
Earlier the official announcement by the exchanger had confirmed the news about the upcoming important listing of TRX. The earlier announcement stated: “our technical team have been hard at work to ensure that everything is safe and secure before we go live with Tron (TRX) trading. The target date for going live is 30th October 2018 at around 11h00…”
