Tron recently made an important announcement about a future airdrop of 30 mln TRX to the Etherium community. According to the Tron team, this contribution is a sign of their gratitude towards Ethereum which greatly supported themduring TRON’s ERC 20 phase. Ethereum was also a great support in preparing for the Super Representative Elections after the launch of the mainnet.
As a result of the promised airdrop, 30 mln TRX which is equivalent to approximately $1.7 mln, will be granted to the active users with a balance of over 1 ETH after January 1,2018. The distribution of the cons will be completely random as each account will receive an amount between 10 TRX to 100 TRX. The users and appropriate amounts will be selected randomly.
The founder and leader of Tron, Justin Sun was the main representative sharing this info and commenting on the recent announcement. In the recent post on his official Tweeter page, Sun stated that they would not be where they are today without the help of Etherium. The message also stated that meanwhile they want to solve issues when they see them. And at the end Sun encouraged everyone to start using TRX in order to experience their high TPS platform and join the democracy of Tron none of which is currently offered by Etherium.
